Evidence you can check.
Most service-business websites have a wall of five-star quotes you can't verify. This page has published research you can read yourself, and a walkthrough you can watch right now.
1. What the research says
Harvard Business Review published a study of lead response time in March 2011. The researchers audited 2,241 US companies and analysed 1.25 million sales leads across 42 firms.
more likely to qualify a lead when contacted within an hour, versus waiting one more hour.
more likely, versus waiting 24 hours or longer.
average response time among the companies that responded at all.
Those weren't service businesses specifically, so don't read too much into the exact multiples. The direction is the point: the faster someone hears back, the more likely they become a customer, and most businesses are slow.

2. See it for your business
Watch the walkthrough for your industry to see how a missed call turns into a booked job. Or book 15 minutes and I'll put together a working version around your business, so you can try it yourself before anything goes live.
3. Why there are no testimonials here yet
Because a quote with a first name and a town proves nothing, and we won't invent one. As clients agree to share real results, with their names and their numbers, they'll go on this page. Until then: research you can read and a walkthrough you can watch.
Work out what it's costing you.
Your numbers, not somebody else's case study.
