What do you actually do?
We build systems that fix where a service business loses work: getting found on Google and in AI search, answering calls, getting back to new requests fast, following up on quotes, getting reviews, sending quotes and keeping track of every job. Each build is tailored to the business.
Who do you work with?
Owner-run service businesses: contractors and trades, landscapers, home services and local offices like law firms. Roofing contractors are a specialty.
Do I have to be in Berks County?
No. We're based in Berks County and prefer to sit down in person when we can, so most clients are in Berks and the surrounding counties. Everything we build also works remotely.
How is this different from Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan?
Those are software you set up and run yourself. We build and run the system for you, around how you already work, and we can connect to software you already use instead of replacing it. See the options compared.
What does it cost?
A one-time build, then a flat monthly fee if you want us to run it. We quote after we've looked at your business, because a three-person landscaper and a twelve-truck HVAC company need different things. It's month to month, with a lower rate for a 6- or 12-month term.
Why isn't the price on the site?
Because the honest number depends on what you need. We'd rather quote something that fits than publish a package price that doesn't.
How long does it take to set up?
It depends on what we're building, and every business is different. Most pieces are quick. We'll tell you what to expect once we've looked at what you need.
Is a robot going to answer my phone?
Only if you want an AI receptionist, and only when you don't pick up or after hours. It tells callers it's an AI assistant, books the work, and hands off to you whenever it should.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. Your number stays the same everywhere. Calls forward only when you choose.
Will you text my customers without permission?
No. Texts only go to people who contacted you or opted in, from your own registered business number, and anyone can reply STOP.
Do I own my data and website?
Yes. Your customer data, content and domain are yours, and you get a full export if you ever leave.
Do you work with medical or dental offices?
Only on work that never touches patient health information, like your website, Google listing and general reviews. We don't build anything that handles patient data.
Do you work with law firms?
Yes, on intake, follow-up, search and websites. Nothing we build gives legal advice or makes claims about outcomes, and marketing follows Pennsylvania's attorney advertising rules.
What if it doesn't work for me?
It's month to month. If it isn't paying for itself, we'll tell you before you have to ask, and you can stop.
Who will I actually deal with?
Me, Pierce Mason. I scope it, build it and answer the phone when you call about it.
Do you still work with roofers?
