Every leak call, answered.

Even at 11pm. Plumbing calls come at the worst times: nights, weekends, halfway under a sink. We build the system that answers them, reaches your on-call plumber, and follows up on the estimates you send.

Where the jobs slip away.

Emergencies don't wait for voicemail.

A homeowner standing in water calls the next plumber with “24 hour” in their listing. Whoever answers first gets the job, and often the water heater replacement after it.

Big quotes go quiet.

Water heaters, repipes and sewer lines take a few days to decide. Without anyone checking back, they go with whoever did.

Good work, thin reviews.

People pick a plumber from Google in a hurry. A short list of reviews loses to the company that asked every customer.

A water heater starts leaking.

The homeowner is standing in an inch of water in the basement. Your office has been closed for six hours.

Without a system, it goes to voicemail.

They don't wait. They call the next plumber with "24 hour" in the listing, and that plumber gets a water heater install.

With one, it gets answered.

Your assistant picks up, says it's an AI, tells them how to shut the water off safely, and checks who's on call.

11:07pm

Your on-call plumber is on the way.

It texts your on-call plumber, then texts the homeowner the time to expect them.

Name, address, what's leaking, that the water's off. Your plumber walks in knowing the job.

Thanks for calling Clearwater Plumbing. I'm the after-hours AI assistant. What's going on?

The water heater's leaking all over the basement.

If you can reach it safely, turn the cold water valve on top of the heater to off. I'm sending our on-call plumber now. Can they be there by 11:45?

Yes. Thank you.

Questions plumbers ask.

Can it tell an emergency from a routine call?

Yes. It asks the questions you'd ask, like whether water is still running and whether it's shut off, and follows your rules: emergencies go straight to your on-call plumber, routine work gets booked. If someone mentions a gas smell, it tells them to leave and call the gas company or 911, and alerts you.

Who decides who's on call?

You do. Give us your on-call schedule and it texts whoever is on. Change it any time.

Will it quote prices over the phone?

Only what you tell it to. Most plumbers prefer a service-call fee or a range; it says exactly what you approve and nothing else.

Does it work with my scheduling software?

If you use one, we connect to it where we can. If you run on a calendar and a notebook, that works too.
