Answered while you work.

You can't pick up the phone halfway through a panel upgrade. We build the system that answers for you, asks the safety question first, books the visit and follows up on the bigger quotes.

Where the jobs slip away.

You can't answer mid-job.

Hands in a panel, phone in the truck. The caller tries two more electricians, and whoever answers gets the job, and the rewire after it.

Big jobs need a nudge.

Panel upgrades, EV chargers and generators are considered purchases. Quotes without follow-up go quiet.

Some calls are urgent.

A caller with a burning smell or sparks needs to hear the right instruction first, not wait for a callback tomorrow.

Thanks for calling Volt Ridge Electric. I'm the after-hours AI assistant. Do you smell burning or see sparks?

No, the breaker just keeps tripping.

Good. Leave that breaker off for now. I can get an electrician out tomorrow at 8. Does that work?

Yes.

Questions electricians ask.

What does it say about safety?

Whatever you approve. By default it asks about burning smells, sparks and heat first, tells anyone with those signs to call 911, and alerts you. It never coaches a caller through working on their own wiring.

Can it book estimates for EV chargers and panel upgrades?

Yes. It asks the questions you'd ask, like the panel size and where the charger would go, and books the estimate.

Will it quote prices over the phone?

Only what you tell it to. It says exactly what you approve and nothing else.

Does it work with my scheduling software?

If you use one, we connect to it where we can. If you run on a calendar and a notebook, that works too.
