Pierce Mason, founder. There is no account manager layer, no support queue and no offshore team reading a script. If something breaks at 11pm during a storm week, the person who wrote it is the person fixing it.
Why it stays small
Five contractors per metro, and no more. Response speed is only an advantage while your competitor down the road does not have it. Selling it to everyone in your market would destroy the thing you are buying.
What we will not do
We do not record calls. We do not cold-text scraped numbers. We do not sign contractors below roughly 30 inbound leads a month, because underneath that it costs more than it returns and we would rather say so.
